Gillies McIndoe Foundation

The Gillies McIndoe Foundation was established in 1998. It is tasked with securing funds and donor support through advocacy and fundraising activities, as well as managing investments and the distribution of funds to the Gillies McIndoe Research Institute.

The Foundation acts through its trustees as the Institute’s kaitiaki or guardian. It seeks to achieve sustainable funding support, protecting the donated funds and distributing them for specific research projects, including clinical trial funding, and for the day-to-day running of the Institute.

Your support as a donor is instrumental in the Foundation achieving these objectives. Donor contributions will make a valuable difference in delivering opportunities for innovative research into cancer and other life-threatening and disfiguring diseases. Subject to the usual criteria, donations are eligible for the 33% annual tax rebate.

For further information about how you could support our innovative cancer and other research, please see Giving Initiatives and/or contact margie.beattie@gmri.org.nz

The Foundation is a registered charity whose number is CC21342.
